Changing the Document Owner

The document owner can be changed to any other user assigned the same role as that assigned to the document.

  1. From the Document record, click Action > Change Owner.
  2. Zoom to select a new owner.
  3. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new owner is displayed in the Document record.
